Dark Soy Sauce Prawns 酱油蜜糖虾

This dish is super easy yet very tasty. Also My father's favorite because of the honey coating.Marinade
1 tsp of sugar
a dash of pepper
pinch of salt

Ingredients
1o medium size prawns
2 cups of oil for frying purpose

Condiments
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of honey
2 -3 cups of water

Direction
1.)Clean the prawns by slitting the back with a pair of scissors. Marinate the prawns for 30 mins.
2.)Heat up 2-3 cups of cooking oil and turn fire to medium. Fry the prawns until half cooked.

3.)Remove the prawns and place them on kitchen paper.

4.)Drain the oil without washing the wok. Mix the condiments and pour it into the wok, bring it to boil and keep stirring it until the gravy is thickened
