Usually the roasted pork is ready around 11am, we were a bit late today after sending my mother-in-law to Kota Damasara. We arrived there 1pm, as what you see from the pic, there's still long queue waiting for take away. ;-(
The boss was tight up with chopping job, chopping, chopping & chopping...none stop!
Coz almost 95% of the diners come for the best selling Siew Yok & Char Siew, gotta patient...patient...patient...
Finally, the yellowish rice cooked with original chicken stock was served to us, very appetising scent , Ummmm....*started to drool*
Followed by the Siew Yok & Char Siew........* more drool*
Look at the crispy Siew Yok, with such an amazing texture; as well as the semi "fat & lean" Char Siew (半肥瘦叉烧）that coated with sweet gluevy golden syrup; how can one ever resist this lovely porky!? ;-) Very satisfying lunch we had. *Burp * ;-)
