Seremban Asia Siew Pow 芙蓉亚洲烧包

Seremban renowns for Siew Pow, as being a Mantin born, friends often come to me, seeking my advice on where to buy the best Seremban Siew Pow (芙蓉烧包). There are countable Siew Pow bakeries in Seremban town, all I can say is, different people are having different preference. As for myself, I usually purchase from Kedai Siew Pau Asia(亚洲烧包).

Why Asia? Just for 3 simple reasons
1.) Strategic place
Restoran Yi Poh in Temiang is one of the happening eatery during weekends while Asia nestled just opposite to it. We surely drop by Asia for some take away pastry each time after a good breakfast at Yi Poh.
2.) Freshly baked
This is certainly a good attraction. Whenever we step into the shop, we could smell the distinctive aroma of the freshly baked pastry, so appetising that we are prone to buy more and more....

3.) Variety
Besides the Siew Pow, they also sell other products like tart, bun, curry puff, kaya puff & etc. One of the brilliant marketing tactic --> product diversification
The below egg & butter base mini cake is also another salable item of Asia。 This is also our "sure buy" item. Sold for RM2 per pack.

Of course, the FOCUS is still on the Seremban SIEW POW with crisp brown crust and ample filling...For me, the pork one is always more authentic! ;-P
It's so good to be eaten warm! Yumm...yummmm....

If you are first timer to this place, go to have a bowl of Yi Poh dried noodles then walk across the road to Asia to get some Siew Pow for take away, this is how I kill 2 birds with just 1 stone! ;-)
