Hui Lau Shan Healthy Dessert 許留山

Moon has never failed to visit Hui Lau Shan (許留山) whenever she goes to Hong Kong. It is a popular dessert chain in Hong Kong. According to Wikipedia, Hui Lau Shan has more than 40 outlets throughout Hong Kong. Their outlets could be found at Hong Kong International Airport, China Ferry Terminal, Mongkok, Tsim Sha Tsui (opposite Kowloon Park) as well as other parts of Hong Kong. They even expanded their business to Taiwan, Shanghai, Shenzhen, US and Singapore.

Mango base products are their best selling. After a long walk of Ladies' Street,we were all exhausted and desperately needed some goodies to cool off, this Mongkok Hui Lau Shan's outlet stands just at the right place!

This's also a hang out among the Hong Kong youngsters.
Could not find any seats, we walked straight to 1st floor.
“Please mind your head!” 1st floor has low ceiling, it's a kind reminder. Let’s see what we had.
1.) Mango Combo (芒果捞野)2.) Bird's nest on sago with pamelo & mixed fruits (杂果燕窝杨枝金露)3.) Black Glutinous Rice Pudding With Taro (香芋紫米布丁)
The presentations are alluring .*slurp*

Ying was most fascinated with the mango pudding. She likes the chewy texture and less artificial sweetness of the pudding as compared to others.

In addition to dessert, I also ordered the curry squid +fish ball+tripes, the squid was so crunchy dear, I could even hear the “cluck cluck” sound when munching on!! ;-D
